"Property was clean but outdated. Breakfast was subpar compared to other similar hotels. There is a Dunkin next door but this means we could not take advantage of complimentary breakfast. The accessible bathroom was large but would have benefited from a walk in shower and the showerhead was too high. The controls were difficult to manipulate. "This property was nice, but not easily accessible for handicapped travelers. Unfortunately the property wasn’t very quiet. You could hear other patrons throughout the halls and that made it difficult to get a solid nights sleep. "

"Trash everywhere in the hallway, cockroach in the bathroom room, blood, and the toilet seat smell dead mouse too much noise outside the room in the hallway discussed experience"

"If you're expecting a big breakfast spread this won't be it .Also middle of the night a couple's dispute erupted right in the middle of the hallway that lasted over an hour, staff didn't care to handle the situation by calling the cops. Was worried for me and my little ones .Safety is clearly not a concern of theirs but hey it's Brockton after all you get what you pay for I guess ."

"Hotel was beautiful, clean and everyone was so friendly. My husband stayed at a Tru Hotel in Texas and loved it and that is why he booked it for me, he knew I would love it as well."

"My visit to the Red Lion was awesome! I’ve visited the property a few times and it never ceases to amaze me. The box breakfast is fantastic and the coffee is excellent. The lunch and dinner options are very good and I took advantage of both. The staff is super responsive and I couldn’t say enough about them, including the cleaning staff. The history of the building is all around you and the rooms are super spacious and the gas fireplace is a fantastic way to end the day!! Thumbs up all the way...

"Overall good experience. It’s worth it for the price. Good location to stay between Boston and Providence which was our goal. My only suggestion would be to Not advertise free breakfast, more like free Coffee and Quaker Oats only. "

"Next door tenants kept us awake all night. Between the loud chatter, stomping & constant smell of cigarette smoke, we were lucky to have gotten 1 hr of sleep all night. It was like our neighbors next door were in the same room with us. Then in the morning they decided to have an argument with us because we were irate about the lack of sleep."
