I booked a junior suite. The description does not match the room. The room was to have a balcony and it does not. It was a basic room of 30 square metres with two single beds pushed together and a chair and small table. The service was terrible. The person at teh front desk in the morning was rude ...

I arrived for a short trip to ISSA and it was a real memorable experience. the room super clean, very supportive check in and the front office team (all of them) are extremly friendly and helpful. I loved their special care and attention during my short visit. I'd always come back....
