"Property is close to the airport and a shuttle picked us up and dropped us. Only downside is they charge for the shuttle per person to go back to the airport. The rooms are very small but for one night we made it work. The staff was helpful to find late night food options as we arrived late."

"Air conditioning was horrible. There had been a heat spell, but not in the last 2 days, and Wed evening when I checked in it had been raining and cool all day. I was given a room on the top floor (that was the maximum distance from the elevator). It was hot in the room. I blasted the A/C for 3 hours without effect. Not surprising, because no cool air came from the vent. I tried to sleep but finally called the front desk to complain. Night staff switched me to a room across from the elevator...

"The hotel serves its purpose well as an airport hotel. It’s conveniently located near the airport and offers a shuttle service starting at 4:00 a.m. for a reasonable price—€10 per person or €30 for a family. The room was clean and exactly what we expected. My only real complaint was the air conditioning, which didn’t cool the room very effectively. "The room, as well as the bathroom, was quite large for a standard room. The bed was very comfortable. And being just steps from the airport entrance was wonderful. I had a tasty dinner--pizza, wine, ice cream--in the expansive bar area across from the lobby and lingered there for a couple of hours. The servers were pleasant, efficient, and never rushed me."

"This is a fairly new hotel. I love IHG because I always know what to expect when I stay there. The room was new, clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent. They helped us get our passports downloaded for checking in with our airlines. We came by bus and it was a 3 block walk which wasn't bad at all. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! We would stay again!"
