"We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel de la Coupole – MGallery! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel well taken care of. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking and made our experience even more special. The hotel’s amenities were excellent, and everything contributed to a comfortable and memorable stay. We truly appreciated the beautiful atmosphere, outstanding hospitality, and attention to detail. This hotel is a great choice for travelers looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. "Location is perfect, right on Sapa Square, but it also makes it very loud, almost 24 hours a day. There's music outside starting sometime around 6am and going until late every day of my five night reservation. Plenty of good restaurants around, the Hmong people were very friendly. If your reservation includes breakfast, you get access to the buffet on the second floor, something I didn't know until my final morning. There's a restaurant on the first floor and I thought that's where you went. English is minimal. It was fine."
