"Hotel is very convenient to the cruise ship terminal and Central Station. Morning breakfast buffet was perfect and dinner menu offered a good selection. I liked the option to opt out of daily maid service in exchange for planting a tree. Only problem we had was trying to get a sheet and blanket to use on the sofa/daybed. "I accidentally booked the incorrect date on Expedia and stayed at the hotel another day. The hotel management said they would refund Expedia for the incorrect date but when I called the hotel they refused."

"The room was terribly dirty on arrival , pubic hair on the walls , the soap dispenser by the bathroom sink had what looked like faeces on it , the shower was also dirty and the walls were covered with pink lime scale , the bed I slept on was lobsided and I slept skew all weekend , the carpets are terribly dirty and stained , I didn’t feel comfortable at all and won’t be staying again"
