很特別的溫泉旅館

雖然到紀伊勝浦站交通不是很方便，然後還要轉搭旅館的接駁船才能到旅館，但是溫泉旅館的設施（泡湯區）很多樣化很特別，而且飯店裡也有便利商店，所以還算不錯的經驗

温泉はよい。少し硫黄の臭いが強いですが、人の好みだと思います。全体的に建物は古い感じだが、清潔で特に問題なし。駐車場が遠いのが難。

Incredible Resort with Cave Onsen, Near Waterfall!

This is a beautiful resort area with friendly staff (I was directed to a super kind, completely fluent English employee which was a surprise!) and very fun activities to partake in. This resort has the most beautiful coastal views in Japan, from your room (we got a beautiful view of the bay in the Nagisakan-wing of the resort) and from the beautiful cavern-hot springs. I've never been to a hot spring along the Pacific Ocean, let alone one in a huge cave along the cliffside overlooking the ocean! It was such a breath-taking sight, and the restaurants also have incredible views so you can watch the waves crash on the shores as you dine on a delicious selection from the buffet. Best lodging I've ever stayed in, and I highly recommend taking the ~4 hour train ride out from Osaka or Nagoya; you will not regret it, as one could spend two whole days at this resort alone, let alone taking a short bus ride from the station to Nachikatsuura to see the beautiful Nachi no Taki (Japan's tallest waterfall). If you want the experience of a lifetime, I recommend this resort.

連休中だったが、団体客で超混雑してて、我々個人予約の2人1泊27000円はぼられた印象です。自己責任だが、エクスペディアには気を付けて。

離れ小島のようなホテルで洞窟風呂を満喫

波打ち際の洞窟風呂は圧巻でした。夕食・朝食バイキングも美味でした。熟年夫婦や家族で楽しめるホテルです。露天風呂の数が多い分、混雑もなくゆったりとした入浴ができました。土産も充実していて宅急便で送ることもできました。

安くてまずまず

車で行った場合に、駐車場からマイクロバスで港へ。港から船でホテルへ行かねばならず、これはこれで良いかもしれないが少し手間で時間がかかる。 食事はビュフェタイプで、これと言った特別美味しいものはなかった。 部屋はまずまずで洞窟風呂は大きくて良いのだが、従業員の方は少なく（手厚いサービスは望めない）ツアー客向けかなと思える。

極力推薦的温泉酒店

不可以錯過的温泉體驗! 酒店內有忘歸洞及玄武洞，能在山洞邊浸温泉，邊欣賞優美海景，實是人生樂事。其中一幅景色，就像中國桂林象鼻山。 從前還可以在山上32及36樓浸温泉。 知為何，山上温泉“天海之湯“已經不存在了，此湯特色之處，是有三個露天風呂在山上三十幾樓!而另一存在山上之温泉“遙峰之湯“，現時亦只招待山上館住客。慶幸我前幾年曾享用過此山上温泉，留下一個美好回憶。 雖然今趟不能享用山上温泉，但本館及日昇館温泉亦足夠我們玩三日兩夜。

Not easy to reach, poor food

I drive there and found out that I have to park the car somewhere else, then take a shuttle back to the pier and take a ferry there! Touble to go particularly with children. Food is terrible! The worst I have ever had in Japan!

年末に泊まりました。子供が楽しめる施設がたくさんあり良かったです。 なぎさ館で喫煙ルームしかなく心配しましたが、結果タバコ臭くなく良かったです。

wonderful nice relaxing stay

service was good. room condition was good. Room was a smoking room but was pleasantly surprised there were no cigarette smell at all. Room was spacious and had a good rest on tatami. Tried the SPA which was excellent

휴양하기 가장 좋은 호텔

바닷소리를 들으며 잘 수 있는 로멘틱한 곳이었습니다. 석식과 조식 모두 만족할만한 수준이었습니다. 특히 바다가 보이는 노천온천이 가장 좋았습니다.
