"I was booked it for my parents. My father said me that first of all breakfast was excellent and staffs are very kind. When thay stayed there thay felt comfortable. He would like to recommend your hotel other travelers."
"Fairly new hotel with fantastic location right in front of the Naksan Beach. The retail shops around the hotel were not fully open as it was non-peak season.
Friendly staffs yet inexperienced and not very knowledgeable (especially restaurant host).
2 major flaws needs to be addressed:
1. Shower door knob is very tiny and impossible to open the door after using the shower.
2. Major elevator issue - had to wait at least 5+ minutes everytime trying to use the elevator. Mind you it was a non-peak season."
"I enjoyed staying at GTH. Centrally located to walk to my places of interest, including the train station and the intercity bus terminal. Excellent staff - polite and very helpful. Clean room. Fairly quite."
