"This is an older property that’s gotten pretty rundown. Everything from holes in the carpet to missing window screens to old fixtures, old furniture, it’s just worn out. In the morning there was no hot water. None. I reported it to the front desk and they said yes we know. Typical hotel breakfast powdered eggs, greasy sausage, cereal white bread for toast. I would write this a C-."

"The AC was broken in my room and I brought it to staff’s attention 3 TIMES and Expedia’s one time before anything was done…. majority of the staff I told spoke to me like I was inept and didn’t know how to use an AC system… I do. Neither the guy in-house, nor some random management woman knew what they were doing. The only person who actually seemed interested in fixing the problem was the girl at the front desk after I brought it up multiple times. They agreed to comp my room stating that there were no rooms that would accommodate my party size.. there were two people in my group— myself and one other. Once I made them aware of that, interestingly enough, a room became available. So they ended up finding another room in which the AC did work. Not a good experience. "

"The pool is closed for an extended period of time due to the hot tub issues. The older manager is nice-ish when you are in the room, and generally lenient but she's stern. Also, the blow dryer didn't work in rm 139. Although...just to let the general public know, they have roaches right now."

"the breakfast was really good! they had a lot of different options. the staff was really kind and helped us out when our original room smelled weird, she gave us another room. the pool was nice as well, there was stuff from the trees in the pool."

"This was a very new property , so it was clean and everything worked.. comfortable bed and linen. Good tv, with lots of channels and good reception. Lovely shower with great water pressure. Nice equipment in the workout room. Cool outdoor pool, unheated. Good complimentary breakfast. Lots of free parking. Pleasant and helpful staff. I did not care for the artwork on the walls. Poor signage on the outside of the hotel, but fantastic location. Good value for the money."
