"I absolutely loved my stay at Mandara and I will be back soon for sure. The staff were very friendly and special thanks to the Priyankara and bar staff, Lalit, Sampath and the pool staff and the lady who checked me in at the reception. "We really enjoyed our stay at Cape Weligama Hotel. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were taken by buggy to our amazing room overlooking the garden. It was spacious and so was the bathroom. A short walk to the dining room for dinner and breakfast and we enjoyed being able to sit outside on the terrace for both. My husband went on a nature walk with a ranger around the property and was shown different plants and birds which he really enjoyed. In summary, we really enjoyed our stay...

"Staff is very helpful and the pool is good. Apart from that everything else is in terrible.. the rooms especially bathrooms are in the bad shape.. first day we checked in there was issue with power and one room dint have power the whole night.. the property has potential but its badly managed.. giving 2 stars only for the helpful staff..else would be a 1 star"

"Wir haben uns hier enorm wohl gefühlt, die Zimmer und Anlage ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und wirklich sauber. Das Personal macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderem, extrem zuvorkommend, höflich und hilfsbereit rund um die Uhr - wir haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Unterkunft hat einen perfekten ausblick von den balkons auf das Meer und wir empfanden es als sehr schön, dass man nicht mitten in der Stadt ist sondern sehr viel weniger Trubel um einen herum ist. Wer vom Land kommt...

"We stayed for 2 nights, and we both thought that the food and the public areas were amazing. We also booked the yoga classes which were great. The bungalows are very cool, they are open, so you get a pretty unique experience. The beds are a bit on the hard side, this should be improved."
