"Everything you could expect from a solid 5 star hotel. Great service great breakfast. Good rooms etc etc. This hotel is up a steep hill and you need to climb to get to your rooms. If you have arthritis or lung or hear condition it might not be the hotel for you. There is a shuttle that will take you around but you have to wait for it. Nai thon beach has a steep drop off into the ocean and the waves have some force. It not calm like Kamala or the other beaches just south. Though I did enjoy the waves, my wife did not."

"Really enjoyed it. The shower and toilet set up was a bit funky but overall a great place to stay after a long flight. There is a lovely beach which is ideal for a morning stroll right across the road from the resort. The stay her are very friendly and really want to make sure you enjoy your stay"

"Not a beach front but located within walking distance to the beach. No beach towels provided. There are rental umbrellas and chair’s available at the beach. Our credit card payment was accommodated but they ask for cash. We were able to stay in our room later than the regular check out for a nominal payment. "

"Breakfast buffet amazing and a must do. Various happy hours through the property. Delicious drinks and food. Onsite restaurant a little pricey compared to outside restaurants. Our first room had a foul smell, had to switch rooms then was wonderful!! A little far from other areas but perfect for a peaceful quiet experience."
