쾌적하고 깨끗함

객실은 깨끗하고 좋았으나 주변에 상점이나 이용할곳이 없어서 불편함. 방은 약간 좁은 느낌 혼자서 사용한다면 편리하게 사용할수 있음

그냥 쏘쏘

마사지패키지가 있어서 선택했어요 제가 있는 지역이랑 여기가 가까워서 나름 짧은 휴가기분을 즐겨보자 갔었어요 주변시설이 뭐가 너무 없어서 조용합니다. 그리고 어메니티랑 수건이 부족해서 요청드렸어요 저희가 3명 간다고 예약해두었는데 2명분만 있더라구요 조금 당황;;

건물은 새호텔답게 깔끔했어요

나주역 바로앞에 위치한 새호텔로 주변은 아직 삭막합니다. 관광지가 아니어서 직원들의 응대는 약간 경직된 느낌이었고 딱딱한 느낌을 받았습니다. 조식은 크게 기대하지 마시고 간단히 때운다 생각하시는게 정신건강에 좋겠습니다. 모텔과 달리 객실에 컴퓨터가 없고 제가 묵었던 방에는 욕조가 없어서 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 주차장은 넓고 아주 편리합니다. 이불과 배게의 땀냄새는 개선해야될 것 같습니다

정말엠스테이라는이름이부끄러운곳

별루에요..출장이많은편이라호텔이용많이하는데엠스테이다른지역호텔에비해 전부뒤떨어집니다 가격은비싸요 조식포함이라요.. 일단조식최악이구요.. 광주부띠끄호텔보다못해요..룸에사용된자재싸구려구요 그냥요ㄱ지는시트지붙인곳이에요 옷장도협소하고 아!비지니스테이블이나볼펜메모지하나두없어요 심지어전화기도모텔전화기에요..창문은무서운방향으로열러서잘못하면위험하구요 다시는안가렵니다!

나주역 주변의 규모가 큰 호텔

나주 신도시의 나주역 주변 호텔로서 생각보다 규모가 큰 호텔. 주변은 아직 정리가 덜 되어 다소 산만함.

The hotel is very new and clean. The rooms were smaller than I expected but they were clean and comfortable nonetheless. The staff was friendly and the location was conveniently located.

가성비 좋은 전형적인 비지니스 호텔입니다. 나주역에서 가까와서 더욱 좋구요. 광주보다 저렴하게 숙박할수 있구 1층의 커피샵 맛있습니다. 식사는 나주 곰탕이나 육회비빕밥 먹으러 갈것을 추천합니다.

나주에서 그래도 이런 호텔이 있다는 것으로 위안.

룸이 너무 좁다. 처음 TV 연결이라던가 룸 불을 켜는데 스위치 찾기가 어렵게 해놓았음. 화장 변기 스위치도 처음 사용자에겐 어려움. 전체적으로 게스트 친화적인 호텔이 아니었음. 나주역과 가까워서 좋았음.

새거라는 점 외에는 별로

욕실 냄새도 잘 안빠지는 것 같고 면도기 가운도 없음 슬리퍼도 약간 덜 마른 상태인거 같고 조식은 가격에 비해 가지수가 너무 적음 아직은 주변이 다 공사장임

가족 여행이라 방 두개를 예약 했는데 가장 먼 위치로 배정. ㅠㅠ 청소 때문에 그랬다는데 미리 얘기해줬으면 기다렸을텐데... 화장실 이용했다고 방 교체가 안된다고...

나주에서 숙박할 마땅한곳이 없었는데, 두번째 숙박할만큼 조용하고 편하고 잘 쉬다왔습니다.나주에선 이만한곳이 없는듯요^^

새 건물이라 깨끗함. 1인 식사권 포함 1인 별도 아침식사 상태는 무료로 해도 괜찮을듯. 식사비용 지불하고 먹기에는 형편 없었음

새로 생긴 곳이라 그런지 깔끔하고 잘 정돈되어 편하게 쉬고 왔습니다. 다음에도 또 이용하고 싶은 곳이었습니다~ 직원분들도 친절하셨어요~ ^^

Modern hotel with small rooms and no restaurant

New modern hotel. Has only a breakfast room and a coffee bar (unfortunately with lousy coffee). No restaurant in walking distance. Only at Ministop convenience store a small Chinese eatery which is Sunday closed as well. Rooms are small and spotless clean, Beds are comfortable. The concept of the open bathroom is not ideal. Your need literally a taxi to go everywhere except to the train station which is in 5 minutes walking distance. The employees speak barely English.

가격대비 깨끗하고 편안함

가장 넒은 온돌방을 이용하여 더욱 좋았던것 같음.주차장이 조금 협소하여 휴일에는 호텔주변 노상에 주차하여야 하지만, 지어진지 얼마안돼 깨끗하고 위생상태도 매우 좋았음. 방에서 욕실이 보이게끔 유리창인게 좀 민망하지만, 블라인드는 있어서 나름 괜찮음.

좋았어요

좋았지만, 샤워가운이 없는점, 조식은 자리가 넓어서 좋았습니다. 하지만 호텔근처에 아무것도 없는점이 아쉬웠습니다. 교통편또한 자가용이 없으면 오기 힘들것 같습니다.

모텔보다 못한 호텔

주위에 아무것도 없는 덩그라니 호텔만 있다 와이파이 비밀번호가 너무 기호 영자 숫자로 되어 있어 간신히 프론트에 물어가며 완성했지만, 와이파이는 매우 느려 쓸모가 없었다. 베게도 높은비개 밖에 없어 프론트에 전화 걸으니 높은비개 밖에 없다는 차가운 대답만 돌아 왔다. 그리고 객실의 온도는 너무 낮았다. 온도를 26도에 세팅하고 추워서 잠이 깨어 나서 보니 온도가 23.1도 세시간 동안 1.1도 올라 갔다. 몸을 데울 수가 없는 욕조가 없어 샤워로 몸을 데워 몸을 추스린후 커피포트을 작동하니 꽃을 콘센트가 주위에 없었다. 물론 커피도 없고 홍차는 있었지만 같이 넣어 마실 설탕은 없어 녹차를 데워 먹었다.
