"Vi hade inga förväntningar ang detta boende och blev glatt överraskade av mycket trevlig personal. En dam kom och gjorde frukost kl 0900 varje dag och hon var fantastisk också. Rummen har en del att önska men sängarna var mycket sköna. Tyvärr luktade lite sunket/mögel i rummet men där fanns avfuktare. Då kylskåpet var gammalt och läckte både kondensvatten och kyla förklarade jag det för ägaren och hon köpte ett nytt meddetsamma. Duschens vatten rann tyvärr fel håll och då samlades mycket vatten...

It stated daily housekeeping, on the beach, with laundry facilities, no mention of extra charges may be incurred regarding electricity use etc. When we brought this to the attention of the property manager, they corrected the ‘daily housekeeping’ but the last I looked the rest remained. "Loved our stay at BEA! Great space to spend 5 nights in Samui, the apartment size is amazing value for money! Big fridge, big bathroom, king bed was so comfortable and pool was great. Walking distance to main streets of Lamai but away from any noise at night. Would definitely stay again, thank you!"
