"Great location (center of old quarter). Great services. Delicious breakfast. Walking distance to tasty local food, well known restaurants. Room is very nice as well. If we are visiting Hanoi again, we will definitely come to stay here."

"I had a wonderful stay at Splendid Hotel! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were incredibly friendly, shutout to Rosie and Cindy!welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel very well taken care of. The room was cozy and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend Splendid Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! ❤️"

Nothing was too much trouble, and their friendliness, professionalism and genuine care made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful — stylish, comfortable and in a fantastic location for exploring Hanoi. Everything was just perfect, and the attention to detail really stood out. "The breakfast buffet is great; the eggs and pho must be ordered and are quickly brought to the table. Every day has a different kind of fruit. The front desk staff members were very helpful whenever we asked questions. The bellhop man always helped open the door with a smile and shook my hand. He is very polite. He even helped carry our suitcases to our room on the first and last days; he is so friendly and helpful."

"The gym is massive for a hotel gym. Fully equipped and multiple treadmills, stationary bikes and elliptical machines. Plus weight machines and free weights galore. There is also a sizable yoga/dance room attached to the gym that you can access to do some floor work or calisthenics."
