"Room clean and spacious, staff always friendly."

"First and foremost Nikola was excellent- provided wonderful customer service. It’s hard to rate the hotel itself because we went during motoGP when hotel prices across the board seemed to be 3 times the normal cost. We also went during a heat wave and the hotel does not have a/c. They did provide fans/cooling units but they were no match for the property’s infrastructure and heat. That said the rooms were clean, breakfast spread was nice and the staff was great! Location was also a plus."

"The hotel staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, making it a very comfortable place to relax. However, the true highlight was the spa area, which completely exceeded my expectations. Beautifully designed and tucked away in the hotel’s basement, it felt like a hidden sanctuary. Using the saunas was an absolute pleasure. A true gem in Brno that I would happily recommend."

"Safe quiet location in walking distance to old city center, rooms are clean, bed and shower - good. They don’t have a bar or smth in the lobby - but plenty of options to grab coffee in 3-5 mins of walk."

"Each staff member knew 3 to 5 language so we were able to communicate easily. As an English speaker this made my stay much better- I was last in the Czech Republic 40 years ago no one, outside of Prague, talked English so being able to communicate was wonderful. The staff was helpful with evey one of our requests and breakfast was amazing, almost overwhelmingly with all the possibilities. "This is a great hotel in a great location. The hotel is above a brewery, the breakfast buffet was well stocked, and the front desk staff was very helpful. My room was quite large for a central hotel and very comfortable."

"People are friendly, rooms are nice, modern, clean and spacious but it's unbearable in the summer with no AC. It is not the fault of staff, it's management. The excuse is old buildings, can't apply, rules, cost, etc but Asia has way more ACs. I am European and there have been heat waves every summer since I can remember. "Staying in the bunker was definitely a unique and interesting experience, and the staff were very friendly. However, the rooms were quite cold, and since you only get a sleeping bag, it can be uncomfortable, especially for longer stays. The bathrooms could also be cleaner and better maintained. I would recommend it for one night, or two at most, mainly for the experience itself. Obviously not suitable for people who are claustrophobic."

"We were blown away by this gorgeous apartment! The suite was absolutely beautiful. Could not get over the stunning view that overlooked the square which was just so lovely. It had the perfect amount of amenities for our four night stay. We fell in love with Brno, and this stay definitely factored in. You will not be disappointed!"
