"We loved staying at the Natsepa hotel. All the staff is so lovely and we had an amazing stay. Everyone was helpful and kind. We also really liked the food in their restaurant and the facilities in general. We highly recommend it!!"

"No choice for breakfast. No coffee, only tea Room extremely small with only cold water. Ants in room. Room smelt of urine."
