Bed bug traps under legs of the bed, filled with dried stuff--had to be cleaned, No warm water in shower-hot/cold. Could not use for 6 days. Fridge leaked & froze my food/milk. (Could not use). Dirt inside cupboards & microwave. No coffee machine as advertised. I was offered a different room for last two days. On entry, the fridge had been unplugged and was leaking from freezer tray. The bathroom tap not attached to sink. On my last day, my window had been opened to accommodate a portable air conditioner hose to a flimsy screen. I arrived to see it had fallen onto my bed, leaving my room open & unsecured until I arrived at 8 pm that evening.
I took video & photos of all the issues & presented them to the staff. I was told that because I had already paid, there would be no deduction from my room amount, despite all the issues. I was offered 1/2 off price to spend an extra night in the hotel--After 8 days of issues--Solid No.
Although they bought the hotel on May 1st, in my view, no room should've been opened until all issues were fixed. I would've moved out the 2nd day, but I was there for an emergency situation and didn't have time to deal with looking for another room elsewhere.
The staff member was lovely and apologetic and tried to fix what was wrong, but the plumbing issues were too serious. Lastly, housekeeping was cringey. The second room was cleaner, but it still gave me the eeby-jeebies. I do not recommend until all issues fixed.
