Der var slukket for varmen på værelset, så der var meget koldt, da vi ankom, der var også koldt i receptionen/fællesområdet hvor vi spiste morgenmad. Morgenmaden var ikke værd at spise, brødet var tørt og hårdt, pandekager var kolde, og der var kun få af det der var.

Hôtel bruyant impossible de dormir

18 ans d'hôtel la pire nuit de ma vie, aucun civisme des clients qui parlent fort claque les portes jusqu'a 4 heures du matin. Lit inconfortable composé de 2 matelas qui se sépare pendant la nuit. Seul point positif une chambre propre et un petit déjeuner correcte mais cher 9€., mais le but d'un hôtel est belle et bien le sommeil.

Veiller à la qualité fonctionnelle des chambres

Si l’accueil a été bien dans l’ensemble, c’est regrettable qu’un problème de serrure de porte défaillante ne soit traité avant la mise en service de la chambre. Il a fallu signaler 6 fois à 3 intervenants de l’accueil le problème avant sa résolution. Descendre à chaque dysfonctionnement de la porte pour que la personne à l’accueil monte dépanner… ne fait pas sérieux ! Il faut être vigilant sur ces détails prochainement. Cordialement
