"The check-in email got blocked as Spam and I emailed, texted and called the property several times seeking information. Nobody ever responded. We sat in our car in the sun in the parking lot for several hours waiting for check-in help. Finally figured it out by ourselves after finding the email in spam folder. The place sleeps 5, but the couch only seats 2 comfortably. They boast of cereal and stuff available. No, there isn’t. No smart TV, only basic cable which seemed to have OLD sitcoms or...

"Parking onsite was great. Lift was broken, which was unfortunate, but helped get our steps in. Location is pretty far from city center, need to taxi in. Penthouse beds were not King size as stated on website (unless the US has their own version of King size beds, they were probably a Queen). Well supplied and good value for cost. "

"We spent a week in downtown Dublin location. The apartment itself was quite functional with two suprinsgly well sized bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The staff went out of their way to accommodate every need or request. The location was convenient. Overall A great stay. "
