"Terrible place. Extremely noisy and very rude staff. There is a Rooster right next to the rooms which crows very loud starting at 03:30am all the way until 06:00am making it impossible to rest. Do NOT stay in this place it’s terrible. "

"The ocean view was absolutely incredible. The grounds are stunning and the staff is exceptional. We had a wonderful time staying here. There are many stairs, so be prepared for this each day. This place does require a motorbike, otherwise you will be spending a lot on taxis. The road is steep at places so experienced riders are better. "

"Our stay here was lovely. We walked everywhere, 10 minutes from our favourite bay we visited while on Koh Toa (Jansom Bay), and the hotel is right on the beach! My one complaint is that our room was not in the regular hotel complex, it is across the street and was next to an extreamly noisy bar. As someone who is a very light sleeper and not a partier, I found it incredibly difficult to sleep before 12am. "Great location, right down the street from Sairee. Literally two steps from the beach, and the restaurant has an amazing view of the water. Great sunset spot. The pool was warm, clean, and the swim up bar was super convienent. They have two different depth pools, one is deeper for diving (they do scuba courses) and one is the normal pool, both are huge. it was nice to have a deeper option when most places have quite shallow pools.
