"There is no sign of hotel or anything. When I got there, there was a security downstairs and he was yelling at me and no help. I have to wait for someone passed by and someone help me to call that reception guy to come and get me downstairs. They don’t have reception desk at all. They use as one room for reception and that guy live in there. He smokes in that room. Our room is dirty, yuck and floor are popping up and blind are broken. "

We changed to another room but the bathroom had faucet leaking. The room was in poor condition. Breakfast quality was not good and the staffs not well trained. This hotel is lack of management. the only reason I gave it 2 stars is the great location. "
