Locked out twice, once out of the hotel entirely itself due to faulty lock, second time out of our room due to fault in the key card system- weren’t able to contact anyone from the hotel. "Good all round hotel. Clean modern and well equipped rooms. Good is okay and the staff are helpful. The only complaint would be the beds. The mattresses are very firm and low quality."
