The hotel is in a great location, minutes away from the most popular landmarks of Nantes. The level of cleaness was at the highest standard and we had a nice balcony with a great view towards Place Royal to the left and Place Graslin to the right.

La location e' perfetta. Situato davanti alla Galleria Pommeraye e a due passi da Place Royal ci si trova subito in centro. Le camere sono un po' strette ma nel complesso i servizi sono buoni ed tutto il personale e' gentile e disponibilissimo

Hôtel très bien placé au centre de Nantes

Très bon séjour au centre de Nantes. Un bémol sur le wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre où nous étions, et vue limitée sur une toute petite cour.

Convenient hotel in a good location for cafe/shops

The hotel was fine. It was based in a really central location - there were 2 beautiful squares really close to the hotel and loads of nice places to eat nearby and the room was very quiet at night. Didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Only other thing to say was the rooms were not that big (I stayed in a standard room) and they didn’t provide any toiletries apart from hand soap. The air conditioning was good though - we stayed during some really hot weather!

Das Hotel befindet sich in guter zentraler Lage in der Fußgängerzone von Nantes. Mit dem Pkw schwer erreichbar. Das Hotel verfügt über keine Parkplätze. Das Haus hat Charme, ist aber in die Jahre gekommen. Im Treppenhaus und dem Hotelflur roch es sehr unangenehm, muffig. Das Frühstück war weit weg von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Tout ok sauf la température dans la chambre

Notre séjour s'est bien passé, à part le fait qu'il faisait extrêmement froid dans la chambre (en-dessous de 15°) et encore plus dans la salle de bain. Il n'était pas possible de régler nous-même la température, dommage. Nous l'avons dit à la dame lors du check-out et elle a dit que nous aurions dû nous plaindre et ils auraient augmenté la température de notre chambre. Oui, on aurait dû au lieu de souffrir. La chambre est un peu petite également.

Habitación no corresponde a un 4* y en todo el hotel había un olor raro. Está en zona peatonal y es un lío enorme llegar al hotel. Hay q pedir todo, cambien sábanas, rellenen productos de baño etc. En la cama encima colchón había un trozo d plástico q nos hizo sudar por supuesto lo retiré. No creo vuelva a ese hotel

Single worst hotel experience ever!

Worst hotel experience ever! My wife and I were traveling by bicycle and the hotel assured us that a parking garage nearby would accept the bikes. This was not the case and the "front desk" staff would do absolutely nothing to assist us. We had no choice but to leave and seek accommodation elsewhere. We ended up staying nearby at the OKKO hotel which was fantastic. I will avoid Mercure Hotels in the future.
