"Avoid this place like the plague. Not only did they not have my booking, which I had made through expedia two months prior to my travel date, the room they finally gave me was tiny in which you could barely move around. I had paid for a suite which is close to 600sqft in size. Everything was filthy. In another room that a friend had booked, there were questionable stains on the chair which looked disgusting. "The lowest temperature today (Jan 11, 2026) in Bikaner was 4 degrees C. As we being seniors we asked for a room heater, previous evening, as there was no central heating. Unfortunately our request was completely ignored. We requested for additional quilt, which was damp when given, so was of no use.
