"Veronica from the lobby contacted us and met us at the hotel. The lobby is one flight up stairs. She carried my wife's bag up. The rooms are huge and newly refurbished with modern fixtures. The hotel is situated in a wing of an old monastery and some historical architectural elements have been preserved.
The hotel is close to the Duomo, restaurants, and the architectural museum. Taxi pickup and dropoff worked well."

"Great location, right in the bay of naples, beautiful views for breakfast. Generally a very comfortable stay. The swimming pool was tiny and you needed to book, so we didn't end up using it. Tea and coffee making facilities but no milk in the rooms - you have to ask at the bar for milk - little things that they could easily give you instructions for in your room!
Sadly the cleaners managed to wrap up one of my daughters teddies in the washing - but it did get found and is now being posted home...

"This hotel is more of a hostel…it’s clean and safe but there’s absolutely no frills. It’s located in a less desirable area so if you want a cheap place to lay your head down it’s fine but I definitely wouldn’t stay here for more than a night to catch an early flight. "The rooms are in the 4th floor and there is an elevator (lift) which made it nice with suitcases. It’s different vs a standard hotel as you go to the 4th floor enter a door and inside that door are several rooms. So it’s nice and quiet. We loved the balcony on each side! The rooms in the right side are all over looking a McDonald’s in the mall - yes the hotel is in a mall.
