"The rooms are very run down, in need of updating the bathroom, the flooring, the locks on the door. supply hangars , and kleenex , it seems like a small request, but these things mean alot! The pool area was beautiful and the landscape around the pool beautiful. They should put more care into the rooms, just felt uncomfortable and not sure clean??? "

"Convenient place, close to 5th avenue."

"The Cove Inn is centrally located in Naples and is walkable to many local restaurants and bars. It's about a mile walk to the beach - not bad when you can immediately jump in the ocean or hotel pool when you finish that walk. Efficiency King bed room was decently sized and came with an oven, microwave and some cookware. Fitness center was a bit misleading as it's not onsite. A bit disappointing to find out it's a 5 minute car ride away (to an actual gym) and you have to get a pass each day you want to use it. "

"We loved that the hotel was close enough to walk to town but without the crowds of being directly on 5th ave. It's a very pretty hotel with nice touches, e.g. beach chairs, towels and courtesy shuttle to beach as well as in room water each day, decent breakfast and peaceful. Microwave and refrigerator in room. However, no gym. You can get a day pass to a wellness center about a 20 min walk away but it's less convenient. Also, the front desk was woefully understaffed upon check-in and no bell service. Pool is small and near parking lot. For the price, you do get value for your money. If Capri had a gym onsite we'd stay there again."

"Excellent property "

"We appreciated the early check in, the breakfast buffet, pool area, and Frederick’s always sunny disposition, but this may be our last stay here. We found the poor WiFi extremely frustrating as we were unable to watch anything on the new Roku TV system. We briefly got it to work before it abruptly stopped. Service all over the property is poor, so I’m not sure why they’d choose to install Roku when they have unreliable service as is. Instead, we used up our own data to watch TV. Also, my fiance had to work remotely and was unable to use the property’s WiFi. When we first inquired with the front desk, the young man was not especially interested in helping. The young lady who works the front desk during the day was more helpful. Also, we had no hot water the first day and it remained spotty throughout our stay. My showers alternated between lukewarm and cold. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The property itself is clean. Breakfast is decent with a selection of options. Depending upon what else is available in the future, we will likely stay elsewhere."

"The property was clean. The staff was lovely and helpful, pool was beautiful, a bit of a walk to shops abd restaurants on 5th ave and a short drive to old naples 3rd ave."
