Conty’s Motel is a budget, pet-friendly 2-star motel at 11238 Tamiami Trail East in south Naples, fitting your search for affordable pet-friendly housing for you and Bandit in the Naples/Lehigh Acres/Fort Myers corridor following the move out of Lehigh Acres; it allows pets for $5/night plus a $100 deposit, runs roughly $75–115/night (far cheaper than the apartment options you’d looked at like Versol, Advenir at Aventine, Paradiso, and 10X Naples), and gets “Good” reviews overall (6.4–6.8/10) with staff and cleanliness rated higher than the physical condition of the property — making it a reasonable short-term stopgap rather than a long-term landing spot, alongside Spinnaker Inn of Naples as another option you’re weighing.

The rooms are very spacious and clean great staff front desk and manager are very friendly and helpful and the staff does an excellent job on cleaning and maintaining the place and the location right in the middle from everything go one you go to the beach not even 20 minutes go the other shopping, restaurants and it's very peaceful away from 41 but off of 41 meaning you can't hear the traffic because the rooms are built more towards the back of property not right on the highway all in all great place to stay and get away

I loved my stay here. Big shoutout to Jordano I checked in super late (after midnight) and he was really kind and helpful, made everything smooth. For the price, this place is excellent. The bed was comfortable, TV, AC… everything worked great. The area felt calm and safe, no complaints at all. Definitely recommend it good, nice, and affordable.
