Hi Paul, you got the room you booked through Expedia. You could have chosen a sea side one by paying a little more or you could have asked the hotel to have the sea side room by paying the difference and we would have accommodated you. As specified in the booking conditions on Expedia, the hotel being a two-star hotel does not have a night concierge service so it closes at 2am and reopens at 8am. If guests need to leave earlier they normally inform us and we make sure to open the hotel or leave the keys for them to leave. We have never hijacked anyone in our hotel. You should have just communicated your needs and we would have certainly accommodated you. Thank you anyway for staying even for one night at our hotel

Di solito non rispondiamo a recensioni anonime ma visto che ha fatto riferimento all'episodio della camicia abbiamo capito chi l'ha scritta. Il nostro hotel, senza virgolette, è un due stelle a conduzione familiare che per il prezzo che ha pagato offre servizi assolutamente adeguati. Con una piccola differenza di prezzo avrebbe potuto prendere una stanza lato mare più riparata dai rumori della strada. Il giorno della partenza ha lasciato la camicia a terra in una busta vicino ad altra spazzatura da buttare. Sicuramente la cameriera si è confusa e pensando che a terra fosse tutta spazzatura da buttare, tra le altre cose ha malauguratamente buttato anche la sua camicia. Se è vero che la camicia costava 250€ come ha scritto avrebbe anche lei dovuto prestare maggiore attenzione evitando di lasciarla per terra insieme ad altra spazzatura da buttare. Siamo spiacenti per quanto accaduto e la ringraziamo per aver soggiornato presso il nostro albergo.
