"Called a couple weeks before our stay to make sure the pool was open and it was but when we got there it was closed for emergency maintenance. Same incident happened last year and it was closed for our stay. Kids weren’t too happy!"

Peeling paint in the pool area, the bottom of our room door was broken and one of the double beds was broken and every time you moved you heard metal on metal. We made do but not impressed."

"When I first arrived the first thing I said is the pictures must’ve been old. It looks cheap and the room was absolutely filthy. We switched rooms twice and both rooms were not satisfying at all. The hot tub when we let the water run let out soapy foam and after that we were done. I say we were only there a good 20 minutes returned our keys and went home so disappointing. "
