I am honestly baffled as to why this hotel only has a 2-star rating; it deserves much more. The communication was excellent. They offer an open WhatsApp line for guest requests, which is a brilliant, modern touch. Even though I didn’t need to ask for anything, knowing that help was just a message away provided great peace of mind. Housekeeping was exceptional. They checked in every morning with fresh towels and offered to clean the room. They were incredibly proactive with beverages—sometimes bringing refills before I even had to ask! Unlike many other hotels, they provide real glassware in the rooms, which makes a huge difference. The Highlights: Accessibility: The rooms are very well thought out with step-in showers and sturdy grab rails, which is essential for anyone with mobility needs. Facilities: For a '2-star' hotel to have a gym, yoga, and Tai Chi facilities is unheard of. It’s also perfectly located near the city centre and a Vue cinema. Cleanliness: After I checked out, I sat in the foyer and watched the staff work. The entire place was cleaned top-to-bottom—absolutely spic and span. The staff were helpful, kind, and clearly felt that nothing was too much trouble. "Premium hotel with good service and facilities. A proper luxury feel."

"My wife and our two young children arrived at 6pm to be told that the prepaid family room, booked and paid for two months in advance, was unavailable because the hotel had overbooked. That is a breach of the booking we paid for, and the explanation given ("it's what the airlines do") was wholly inadequate. In a frustrated and passive aggressive tone, the male reception staff member even said “I’ve had to deal with this stuff all day!” My wife was left stranded hours from home with one autistic child, while the reception staff were dismissive and unhelpful. The options offered were unreasonable: 1) separate rooms for a mother and young children (expecting one of the children to stay in a room on her own!), 2) a twin room for two children to share a single bed, or 3) find another hotel. After escalation, the hotel eventually arranged alternative accommodation in a Ramada hotel 10 minute’s drive away, but it was inferior, in a less suitable location, and required my wife to walk from a separate carpark in an undesirable area at night with children and luggage. Ultimately, the hotel failed to provide a reasonable alternative promptly, and its handling of the matter fell far below any acceptable standard of care. We incurred distress, inconvenience, and a clear loss of the service we contracted for. We will not return and I would urge anyone to reconsider using this hotel."

"Great! Room feels spacious. The kind staff accommodated our toddler with a high chair. Last but not least: it is super conveniently located for the Silverstone driving experience (bridge directly linking the hotel to the briefing area)! Would definitely come back for the next F1 Grand Prix !!!"

"Room was eh, very noisy and zero air flow. Smelled very moldy and my nose is stuffed up after in night. Decided to eat local at the restaurant and was a disaster. €60 for two people and was the worst risotto, basically eating straight pepper seasoning, my GF had a burger and was so spicy she was sweating. Then had to wait nearly an hour to get a desert, that tasted very off, like expired tasting. To top it off, not really a reception, so you have to go to the bar, and wait like you are getting a drink and it’s a bit akward. "

"We come to this hotel alot. And always find it good. It is in a great location and always enjoy ourselves. We had a slight mix up with our dinner reservation but Brad dealt with it quick and effectively even giving us a courtesy call to let us knkw a table had been available earlier than expected. All staff are friendly and proffesional."
