"HOTEL ROOM WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IS SHOWN IN PICTURE, DIRTY BED LINEN AND PILLOW COVERS, DIRTY TOWELS WERE PROVIDED WHICH WERE NOT EVEN REPLACED EVEN AFTER COMPLAINING.
