"Can you please advise customers of the bar that turns into a night club Saturday nights. They not only kept Us up all night until 2am but the people after it closed where so drunk they made so much noise we were up until 3am. You can literally hear the music pounding even with patio door closed. Not a happy camper since we had to be up Very very early! Room 437 June 20th"

"Hi over all the hotel was alright but there should be doors on the rooms that are facing the parking lot so people can in the back and see their vehicles and my room was ok a little noisy a couple times but not bad I would have to say that the cleaning of the room when I arrived was a little bit not too good so for that matter I’m giving the super 8 in Kelowna a 4 star rating thank you"

"The hotel is in a great location, rooms were clean, good showers and good coffee too! The staff were helpful, pleasant and professional!! The tv worked good and the patio was a really nice touch. The grounds & pool area were fantastic (Sauna, hot tub were great!) !! It was nice too that they had lawn games to enjoy as well. It’s just too bad they don’t offer breakfast. Other than that, this place is really nice - thanks eh !! Jason N."

"I was told I was getting an upgrade and ended up in a tiny room. I was travelling with others that had booked the same room that I had originally booked and their room was by far nice than my "upgrade". I don't think I will be staying here again."

"To start it says it’s a hotel and it’s a refurbished crack Motel. The room was semi clean with silverfish in the tub and ants on the floor. There was no cold water that ran in any faucet and the tub didn’t drain well so I was standing in someone else’s guck. They had a kitchenette with an induction and no cooking dishes or utensils no dish towels or dish cloths. There was towels for one person in a king suite and no trash cans available. Talked to the management and they weren’t willing to do...
