"I was shocked that booking two nights for over $500 I didn’t get the bed done or fresh towels! Window sills caked with dirt and room needs a refresh badly. On the other hand the front desk guy Doug? I think was fantastic and the maid happily gave me cleans towels when asked. Also breakfast attendant did a good job"

"Although the motel is next to a very busy noisy highway, it was pretty quiet when the room door was closed. There is a wonderful coffee and breakfast spot nearby called Crick at a local cidery. We walked there (10 min) and the food and coffee were very good."

"Low price point and you get what you pay for. Fine enough stay, nothing negative to say about the property. One complaint I will make is that they don’t allow check-in after 10pm, which was a huge problem for me as I was in Penticton to work a wedding (which was a 15 hour day 9am to Midnight), i called ahead to give the courtesy that i would be arriving later to check-in and they told me they couldn’t facilitate that. I had to leave the wedding at a crucial time just to get a key for this...

"We stayed in room 49 which has 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch. Room is very large and has a covered deck so you sit outside. Very clean and fully stocked kitchen. Anything we needed we called down to office and the items were delivered very quickly. Lovely location. Very close to the beach and restaurants."
