The suites were advertised on Expedia as being newly renovated, with lovely photographs included. This room was far from renovated or clean. Check-in was provided by a sister hotel down the road as no staff were on sight during the holidays. The person who checked us in was personable, polite and very helpful with getting us sorted with an accidental double booking. Chipped and unmatched paint on walls, old rickety blinds that we kept closed all the time because they would not open, a heater that was so noisy we had to wear earplugs to sleep, a bathtub stained by dirty back feet, a control on shower so that we got lukewarm showers at best, kitchen was unclean…we washed the dishes ( some of them chipped) and wiped out cupboards before using. Also cleaned out the tray that coffee machine and supplies were stored on. Supplies (paper sugar, coffee mate pouches) were stained and old. Two thin bath towels and 1 washcloth and one very small bar of soap were provided for two adults on a 10 day stay.
