AC running full blast, not able to turn down or off all day/night. No other room to switch to, no maintenance person came."

"Put it this way. The only good thing about that hotel is getting a room that overlooks the ocean so you can see the sunset in the morning. Other than that there’s really no coffee bar. The staff isn’t helpful and the place is musty and it smells bad and it just seems rundown, but they can get away with jacking up the prices..
That was the Atlantic housemark"

"Front desk, waiters/waitresses and shuttle staff were all wonderful. Housekeeping was the weak link as for three out of five nights, they did not even show for the room without calling the front desk. Once there, housekeeping services were fine. If not for this, our overall assessment would have been excellent."

"This property has a great location, but needs a complete overhaul.
The room smelled like mold, the rug was old, the curtains were falling off the rod, the bathroom floor looked like it had not been washed and the woodwork and molding was rotted and needed painting.
When we were there we were woken up at 8:50 by construction workers renovating and our room was near the dumpster and they emptied the dumpster that morning also.
The entire place needs new wallpaper, painting, fix porches that were...

"Great location. Easy walk to the beach and many restaurants. Quiet side street if in the suites building. Staff was very helpful.
Cons: Unsecured elevator in suites building. The lobby is on the second floor and they don't see who is coming and going. The bottom of our door was 2 or 3 inches from the floor. Very unsafe and annoyingly bright/loud. A towel solved some of it but still wasn't great. Pool was in other building so had to walk across road. The beds were just okay and room was clean...
