"Our room was apparently right under a kitchen or something, maybe laundry.. it was so loud all the time.. 2am, 7am.. anytime we were there it sounded like they were stomping above us. But.. that was the CLEANEST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Kudos to whoever cleans that place. "

"Loved that they offered free shuttle service and didn't have to wait a long time for pickup. The staff from the front desk to the bartenders shuttle drivers cleaning crew everyone was so kind and accommodating. The made order breakfast was awesome and actually had real plates coffee mugs silverware not paper or plastic. I would highly recommend this place . I know I'll be back! "

"Parking was easy, staff was very friendly, I had zero issues with my room. The only complaint I can think of is that the doors and walls are INCREDIBLY thin. I could overhear conversations in rooms across the hall. Naturally, this means anyone not overly cautious about how much noise they're making will create a substantial disturbance. "

"We had a good three night stay at the Sonest Select Nashville Airport Suites over this past weekend. Many things were great about this hotel - the room was extremely clean and the hotel overall was in excellent condition; our bed was comfortable; we appreciated the sofa/desk area in our room and the microwave, mini fridge and bar sink. "The room was clean and the breakfast was good with a variety to choose from. Our room was very close to the laundry room and right next door to the fitness center. I don’t know if it was coming from the laundry room or the fitness center but we were awaken around 5:00 AM by a thumbing noise. I suspect it was the dryer with laundry tumbling around in it. Do not stay in the first floor rooms."

"Hotel concierge was too busy talking into his phone to get me the bag he was holding for me, just feet away. He just kept jabbering in Indian, I believe, and kept asking me to “wait a second.” Well, I waited many seconds, but I needed to get to the airport. Finally, I screamed, “Give me my bag!” He did, but then told me the next airport shuttle was a 45-minute wait despite it being advertised as every 30 minutes. I called an Uber. I will never book there again. 😜"
