The common laundry and kitchen areas were a nice surprise and added bonus, though we did not use them. I love the common areas, balconies and the general privacy when needed as well.

States ona Friday night Big mistake drunk neighbors hanging out in the walkway and pepper banging the door next door. Room was decent for the price Very little parking because it was shared wit the bar downstairs
