Our credit card payment was not going through for one room though we already paid for other room and the way she talked to us seemed quite rude specially. "We got let down by another hotel a week before travelling and the Irshad was still available to take us in just before the F1 race weekend. It's got a lot of good points - the staff speak English (not always great but miles better than my Azerbaijani or Russian!) and are really helpful and friendly, it's got 24-hour access with a reception that is always staffed which was really useful. Breakfast might be basic for some people, but it was full of things I really like - olives, bread/toast,...
