"Beautiful property, perfect private beach. Food is good but service is very slow. Often things were completely forgot or just wrong. Staff seemed annoyed when we asked for water more than once after waiting for a long time or corrected them when they sent the wrong dish. There were a few staff members who went about and beyond and were wonderful but overall the feeling was that we were a bother. "

"Stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. At check-in, we were told we were “upgraded” due to availability, but the room did not match what I booked (no true ocean view as expected). We were told we we would be moved the next day, but there was little follow-through and I had to track down updates myself. When an alternative was finally offered, I was told the blinds in that room would not open, which was not a reasonable option. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned upon arrival, including unsanitary conditions on the toilet. While staff did address it, this should not have happened. I will say that many of the staff around the resort were friendly and welcoming, but overall the handling of the room situation and lack of communication impacted our stay."

"Very well run resort. It was also kept very clean. The resort had every amenity you would ever need, including food, shopping, and nightlife."

"My husband and I were not happy. The room was dirty, toilet was broken, pool water was super cloudy and everytime we turned the water on it smelled like sewer. Staff was super slow had attitudes and the breakfest was horrible. Beach and food are about a 20-30 min walk. We only stayed 1 night."
