"television control was ridiculously complicated. could not just turn on and off. bed sheets were not full cotton, hot and sticky bathroom faucet sprayed all over. breakfast option meager and prohibitively expensive. i will not recommend or return"

"I was very disappointed with the housekeeping department. They did not clean my room for 3 days. Terribly BAD! I went to verbalize my concerns to the front desk and asked if the hotel staff clean the guest room daily. They stated sometimes. Horrible service, a Motel 6 provide better service"

"The rooms were very clean, food was ok nothing to write home about. There were no ice machines or refrigerators in the rooms so I would have to go down and fill my YETI at night (not that big of a deal) The one thing that stood out the most was how miserable and unfriendly the were. It was absolutely HORRIBLE. If the stay would have been more welcoming and friendly my stay would have been much better. If you’re on a budget and just want a place to go to bask in the sun then this place is ok."

"Overall Baha mar is a beautiful place with beautiful pools, beach, hotel rooms. Plenty to do for kids as well as adults. What is terrible is the service. It is almost impossible to get any type of service wether it’s housekeeping, bar, dinner, or pool service. It is evident why: There is an automatic 15 percent service charge on every bill. For this reason no one at the hotel actually cares to be efficient or provide good service. People don’t smile. I sort of get it. If I was already getting...
