Maravilhosa excelente comidas, drinks maravilhoso, funcionários super atenciosos, parque aquático excelente poderia ter uma área kids pois tinha poucas opções para crianças q não fosse na piscina e o acesso sem elevador e muitas escadas.

Horrível, pior hotel que já fiquei, não vale nem 10% do preço que cobram. O restaurante parece um grande bandeijão. Tem fila de 30 minutos pra pegar uma tapioca, são mesquinhos, cobram 2,00 pra usar uma toalha.

Bom hotel mas pode melhorar!

Quando li os comentários, cheguei receosa, confesso, mas o atendimento do pessoal é o ponto forte do hotel. Só estranhei o mensageiro no corredor, antes da chegada à recepção, cortando nossas pulseiras quando estávamos nos dirigindo ao check out (para que não almoçássemos ou ficássemos mais 1 min no hotel. E olha que estávamos até antecipados no horário!). A comida é razoável e as estações são longe de onde as pessoas ficam. O melhor é o local onde servem pizzas à noite. O quarto é confortável e o pessoal do bar bem gente boa! É um bom hotel (ainda não é como já foi um dia quando me hospedei) mas está abaixo dos outros hotéis All Inclusive do nordeste.

Foi uma experiência boa no geral. Porém o banheiro tinha infiltração e quando íamos tomar banho alagava tudo. Outro ponto, o checo-um as 14, mas nosso quarto não estava pronto. O check-out é ao meio dia, mas não podemos fazer o checkout do quarto e continuar na piscina, achei um ponto negativo já que em outros hotéis tem essa opção, já que a diária não completa as 24 horas.

Bom para primeira experiência, mas não volto.

Não espere muito pelo preço que se paga. O hotel tem uma estrutura antiga e precisa de manutenção. O ar condicionado não funcionou bem, a porta da varanda uma dificuldade para abrir, banheiro estava sujo e cheio de mosquito, péssimo. Alimentação é apenas nos horários específicos, poucas opções de petiscos que podem se servir o dia todo (10 as 21:30). Comida é boa, nada excepcional. Almoço no checkout não tá incluso. Limpeza das piscinas precisa melhorar. O que salva é o atendimento que foi bom. Se é sua primeira vez em all inclusive, vale a pena a experiência.

O Resort em si não deixa nada a desejar..Tudo o que eles propõe a fazer..Fazem bem feito..Um ponto alto da estadia são os funcionários...Os recreadores são incriveis..Estão todos de Parabéns. Um ponto negativo é a falta de consciencia dos hospedes..Não todos...Mas uma parte muito mal educada e sem noção de limpeza...Deixando copos na piscina, no chão, desperdicio de comida..Enfim não é culpa do hotel...Mas voltarei com certeza, pois foi um dos lugares mais animados que já presenciei...Obrigado pela recepção.

Deixa um pouco a desejar.

Razoável , hotel com instalações antigas, varanda de madeira do quarto fazia medo se escorar e vai com varanda e tudo, não tem cadeira no quarto. Comidas razoáveis pelo valor porém muito repetitivas, o petisco por exemplo é a mesma coisa só acrescenta 1 diferente por dia, almoço deixa a desejar demais uma opção de feijão só ( feijoada) não tinha batata frita no almoço ( batata frita) que a maioria das crianças gostam, a limpeza da piscina não é lá essas coisas, o acesso para piscina só se dá por um local que é bem estreito por sinal. Refrigerante só de 2l algo que me incomodou a todo instante me deslocar pra ir colocar no copo, água da mesma forma. O ponto positivo é que você pode levar bebida a vontade para beber na varanda do seu quarto. Pelo valor talvez valha a pena , mas não sei se queria voltar.
