"Unfriendly staff from the moment we walked in. We were informed the hot water heater was broken and not given any work-around or solution. No discount or apology. There were broken TVs, empty boxes, and wall trim all over the hallway, including blocking the door to one of our rooms. Parts of the bathroom hardware, cabinet hardware, and other trim were broken. Carpets were stained and disgusting. Our keycards stopped working after about 12 hours. Staff never asked if they could help with the inconveniences or even apologized for the problems with our stay. Really unfortunate we had to spend two nights there."

"Josh, at the front desk, was absolutely amazing! Very respectful and well-mannered and accommodating. Loved that you guys had games and coffee ready even at 11pm. That was awesome! And the parking was great as well. The beds and pillows, however, were very uncomfortable. Neither one of us slept well. The pillows are basically flat and the mattress was hard as a rock."
