"The bathrooms are disgusting and accessing the rooms was a task. There were bugs on the front counter and the ironing board fell apart. I would not recommend anyone stay there until serious renovations are made."

"This place was such a wonderful find. I stayed on my way from Colorado to Florida and on my way back. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful. We stayed in the Steel Magnolia room on the way back. It was perfect. One of my favorite movies. I didn't realize it was filmed in Natchitoches. The location of the hotel is perfect. Right in town by shops and wonderful restaurants. Tressie at the front desk could not be friendlier. We loved her. I didn't get the name of the person who checked us in at night, she was so sweet too. I will absolutely be back to stay again. I highly recommend this charming place. "
