"Our recent stay here was very disappointing and fell short of expectations. As a family, we were highly inconvenienced by the fact that our two booked rooms were located far away from each other. Furthermore, the dining experience was poor, offering far fewer choices and lower quality than other hotels in this tier. Overall, the experience lacked value for money."

"The room was spacious and the exterior grand. The hand held shower did not work as it was fixed and not movable."

"Breakfast was really good"

"Near new downtown area with some celebrations and a club beside the hotel that is loud and you can hear the noise from far side of hotel .. ask for twin beds prior to arrival and if you arrive before 3 pm you will be charged for the day before .. so plan accordingly"

"The location is awesome. Their pool is nice. The breakfast at Zing (? The in house restaurant. Not sure. ) was good. Their check in time of 12 noon works soo well The staff was lovely But The room size and view for the price was underwhelming. Their mini bar was WAY overpriced. Their shower head fixture (despite being a premium brand ) wouldn’t hold in position. Loook for better alternatives in the same price range regardless of the location"
