"So delicious breakfast with a nice view of the Intramuros wall & city. Stunning sunset at the top deck restaurant although not all menu dishes available on weekends. Within walking distance of Intramuros highlights including Fort Santiago. Very nice, kind and helpful staff like John; can't remember everyone names. Beware that some rooms don't have a window in case it's specified once you have booked."

"Staff is friendly and I have stayed here before but this visit was disappointing. They booked me in a room near the service elevators with staff making all kinds of noise and there is no hot water. I called for room service for hours but nobody answers the phone. My last day upon check out I inquired at the reataurant why no one answered for room service. Their reply was that I needed to press 6 from my room phone but in my room the phone is clearly marked 4 for room service. Anyways their...

"The area was nice and very accessible to the embassy and other agencies. The only problem was that the moment we entered the room, we were greeted by many cockroaches. The floor and walls had some cracks, and some parts of the floor were open to the other room, which I thought was where the cockroaches came from — they just crossed borders."

"For the price the experience was great.
The staff were friendly and let us check-in an hour early. There was no deposit needed and amenities were as advertised.
The room was also great the only issue was that the WiFi was not stable on the room we checked-in at but it was provided.
The location of the property was near The National Museums and Walking distance to the landmarks.
Met expectations the only problem was with the WiFi and Television having no channels but for a Hotel that was just...
