My room had mold above the window, there was rust stains in the bathtub, there was green algae/mold in the outside pool, and the person who checked us in, Velma, was extremely rude when I had to ask for a higher floor even though it was on my reservation request which was made over a month in advance. "We enjoyed our stay. The lap pool, fitness center and basketball court were our highlights. The gym had ample free weights and our girls enjoyed the pool and basketball court. The nightly s’mores were a nice touch. We would stay again."

"Nice, family friendly property. Clean rooms, super helpful staff. Breakfast included was a great perk for the family, and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Lots of pros. Couple of cons: pay $5/night to park in their lot, and even though we booked & paid through Expedia, they put 3 different holds (totaling over $350) on my credit card. Would likely stay again if in the area which is close to Sea World, 6 Flags, lots of shopping and restaurants."

"Me and my family stayed at this hotel for a week. At first, there was a little mess up about one of our rooms (we booked 2 queen size but only got 1) but it wasn’t too big a deal since we were all family anyways. Plus the hotel provided us a small rollover bed. What we really enjoyed was the super friendly staff. Everyone we met at front desk was nice and helpful. "Loved the property. They were doing construction on the steam room and sauna during our stay which was a bummer and a bit loud, but without that bit it was great! Loved the two pools, great shade, lazy river and sandy beach. Ability to order food and drinks from all over was super convenient as well."

"It’s a good hotel for the price, I needed to stay one night on NW S.A. The pool was nice and clean which was a plus for my daughter, she enjoyed the water for the hour she was in and I enjoyed the sun beating down on me😁(one word, “UMBRELLA”)"

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool is very nice. Hotel is out of date though. Elevator kept going out. There is NO gym or they decided to close it while we were there. Several places to eat around hotel and Seaworld is very close."
