"Really disappointed with the service...there was no microwave in room...téléphone was not working...bathroom exhaust didn't work..evening after complaining nobody took it seriously...reception staff really laid back...will not recommend spending hard earned money on this property...we stayed there 2 nights...requested to change the room...nobody listened..."

"This newly renovated hotel with hot breakfast buffet in the Village is wonderful. It is a distance to centre ville or old port but lots of walkable sites. The spa was a nice touch although a ten minute walk from the hotel. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a nice place to stay close to Mount Royal. "

"The room was rather small with no comfortable chairs to sit in. The hotel was clean and modern. Checkin was quick. Parking was extra. The restaurant breakfast was quite nice, enjoyed it. However, no cream for the coffee, only milk...a faux pas in our books! Great location, close to Old Montreal. Overall we did enjoy our stay, it just wasn't a $350 night kinda room, was expecting more. "

Tranquille (côté cours) même si c’est situé au cœur de l’action en plein dans le Quartier Latin… tout se fait à pied… café, resto, terrasses, bar, bistro… À quelques pas de la station d’autobus centrale. "Ian was the absolute best at reception. There’s so much to do! Super clean and great shower pressure. Only thing was someone in the room was snoring so horribly no one could sleep. Not the hostels fault, that person needs their own room."

"Breakfast was very good. It was not easy to notice when the A/C unit was on cause the fan was very quiet. Used to having a fan with lots of white noise to block out the outside traffic and other noise. So missed that!"
