"This is a very old hotel however it has been recently renovated in the last 3 to 4 years. It’s nothing fancy but it’s a good value for the price. Boston’s restaurant is right next-door. We came to Casper for a funeral and two members of our party stayed at this hotel. There was plenty of room for us to gather in the pool area and in the lobby we had dinner as a large group at Boston’s. I would rate the service as very poor. It took a great deal of time to get our drinks a long time to get our order taken, and there was never really any follow up. We then went to the bar and had drinks never seen a cocktail waitress, and when approaching the bar, the bartender with extremely rude upon checking out, my cousin took a picture of his receipt only to find the next day that the bartender had left herself a $10 tip very unacceptable. This hotel is nice because they have exterior doors that you can pull your car up to and not have to go through the entire hotel to get in and out of your room. The one thing that I did not like is, they had turned the hot tub into a kids pool. A hot tub would’ve been a very nice amenity for us. I would definitely stay here again."

"Worst hotel stay ever. It took forever for the woman to check us in.No Wi-Fi. No heat in our room. Dirty room. Construction everywhere. No one would answer the phone at the front desk. I would never stay there again."
