"There was a giant pothole that almost swallowed my car when I was pulling in. The carpet in the lobby was dirty when we arrived and still needed a good vacuum when we left. Our key didn’t work and we got a new one, but that one didn’t work either. The shower was dirty, but the rest of the room was clean. everything in there seemed quite dated, especially the carpet. The breakfast was pretty cruddy- All white carbs with no protein and only a few sad oranges."

"Very helpful front desk. We arrived early and they reached out to management to expedite the cleaning of our room. The sound of the waterfall was a wonderful, comforting background noise. Lots of amenities. Highly recommend!"

"Great price for a decent motel! The room was much cleaner than I expected—it was cozy and the bathroom was very nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. The outside looks sketchy but it’s nice inside.
My only concern was the complimentary breakfast. The waffle batter was runny and made gross-tasting waffles. And there weren’t many other options to choose from besides the waffles. The seating area was also very small—just one table and a loveseat/couch."

"Beautiful hotel...very chic! Was very clean and comfortable and it smelled fresh and clean! There was some construction/maintenance going on so the pool and hot tub were closed...but, we were forewarned of this (however, it would be nice to know BEFORE we booked a non refundable stay. We received the email after we booked). Breakfast was nice with the exception of the out of order juice dispenser. Overall, lovely and recommended!"
