"I called to confirm our stay the day before our reservation. The woman who I spoke with said check in was at 4:00, but the rooms were usually ready early. I had reserved 4 rooms because I was traveling with several of my adult children. This hotel has a two story annex within walking distance of the main hotel, and that’s where our rooms were I attempted to check in early and two of the four rooms were ready. "The bath tub was filled with someone else’s hair from when they shaved which was unbelievable I spent 500$ and couldn’t use the shower because I’m not cleaning up somebody else’s body hair."

We immediately asked for a refund and left. Unfortunately, we were even unable to find a near by hotel and were forced to drive 3 hours back home in bad weather."
