"This was a lovely experience. Clean, modern and spacious rooms and extremely helpful staff. It’s very new so still a few small kinks/touches being ironed out but overall we had a really nice stay. We especially enjoyed the beautiful jacuzzi and the thoughtful breakfast. Very comfortable beds too. "

"Love the Hotel location, easy access to anywhere if walking. Recommend not driving but the hotel does have a company who picks up your car and parks it, they bring it to you when you need it, very good. Check out driving restrictions in the area, call hotel. Only thing is the bathroom showers need better cleaning and updating. The rooftop restaurant is fabulous and bar! Excellent service and quality. I would recommend they add coffee Keurig machines in the room. Americans need early coffee...

"This place is very good you are close to all the main attractions, restaurants and shopping. I would not recommend bringing a car to this location as getting to the place you are driving down very tight streets and the spots in the parkade are very tight. The parkade is locked and have workers on site which felt very safe. The only thing that I would recommend to the hotel is the check in process, we live out of Country and our cell phones were not working to call and not having someone come...

"The staff at this hotel were excellent! They proactively engaged with me before the trip to ensure everything was in order and to see if I needed any help. They answered all my questions prior to arrival and they arranged airport transportation after our stay. They were also attentive offering water to us whenever we returned (it was very hot in Palermo during our stay). The restaurant they recommended was excellent mom and pop place (not a tourist trap) about a 10 minute walk. The room itself...

"Wonderful location lovely room. Good air conditioning which being an American I appreciated. Only comment would be that our room faced a courtyard which was a nightclub with music. Nice music, but did not allow us to go to sleep before 11 when it stopped. Otherwise all excellent."

"This was an absolute "hidden star" in Palermo. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were super-cute and clean. Honesty Bar was a nice feature. Really close to the main streets and many attractions. The breakfast was lovely! "
